Adrienne Lebron is the founder of Sketch and Stretch. She is a certified 65+ hour Asana Alphabet children's yoga instructor and a 200+ hour Yoga Works adult yoga instructor.
She has practiced yoga and meditation for 30+ years and has taught for 13+ years at studios, gyms, libraries and private events & lessons.
She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and certifications in Fine Arts.
She integrates art and yoga as an interconnected theme to create a state of fluid meditation.
She is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga. She believes beginning a yoga practice at a young age can instill focus, body awareness, resilience, emotional regulation and relaxation.
It is her mission to bring these gifts of yoga and creativity to as many children as possible to encourage imagination, individuality and confidence .
Emily has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and completed her 200hr yoga teacher training, through Breath Body Earth in the summer of 2020.
In addition to yoga, Emily is an elementary speech-language pathologist and has a passion for performing in musical theatre. She strives to incorporate her love for communication and storytelling into her style as a yoga teacher. Emily’s mission is to create a playful, accessible, and warm environment where students can express themselves and learn the beauty of the yoga practice.
Gabi was inspired at a young age to begin practicing yoga and meditation along with expressing herself through art and music. These three things have shaped her life and led her on many journeys. She has practiced a variety type of yoga such as vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and yin.
She is certified through Adrienne's children yoga training.
Being that she is also a NYS certified schoolteacher, with a master's degree in severe and multiple disabilities,
she aims to teach and inspire young minds with yoga, music and art.
The connection between them are so important in that they help us to explore our minds, make us feel present and free.
Gia Piazza has degree in Communications Studies & a dual minor in Media Studies/Dance.
Gia has been dancing since she was 3 years old, she is a dance teacher and has taught kids ages 2-17 in multiple styles.
After graduating college, Gia fell in love with yoga. She is a certified 200hr yoga teacher.
Gia’s dance training taught her how to use physical movement to tell a story. This technique of storytelling/visualization paired with the physical postures is something that Gia takes with her in her yoga teaching, especially when it comes to teaching children and young adults.
